HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?

It's really simple. All we need from you is a list of the names and email addresses of the managers and the respondents who will be completing the review (typically the manager's direct reports, the manager's boss, and the manager's colleagues if desired). That's it. We then load the reviews, send out the survey invitations and administer the process. 

The reviews will typically be left open for 1-2 weeks, and then we need another 2-3 weeks to prepare and distribute all the reports (depending on the volume, and this can be fast-tracked if necessary). It couldn't be easier.
